Peter Crouch thinks Stoke have a bright future after he secured a deadline day move to the Potteries from Tottenham.
Crouch's transfer, for a fee of around £12m, was just about the most expensive of a frenzied day, with the Potters also adding another striker in Cameron Jerome and Wilson Palacios, who Crouch knows well from White Hart Lane.
And the lanky striker revealed it was another former Spur, Jonathan Woodgate, who had pestered him into completing his move.
